Hello! My name is Paige Abbott and I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and Owner and Founder of Sana Psychological.
It has been very exciting and rewarding to expand what was a solo private practice into a collective of passionate therapists!
You may be exploring private practice work for the first time or are already active on that path. Either way, I would love to connect and learn more about you. Overall, Sana Psychological welcomes individuals who are conscientious, empathetic, and striving to offer a high quality of service.

What You Have to Offer
- Registration with Albertan licensing body
- Ability to work independently
- Liability Insurance
- Knowledge of Jane App (or familiarity with practice management software)
- Patience! Private practice work can take 3-6 months to build traction
- Comfort with private practice and it's up and down cycles
- Dependability and reliability
- Ability to organize accounting, invoicing independently
- Willingness to participate in social media, blog writing, etc. to support marketing efforts
- Your own private home office for virtual sessions
- Your therapeutic specializations in counselling and/or assessment
