What people love about Meghan:
People appreciate Meghan’s willingness to be flexible and creative in therapy, while maintaining compassion and empathy. You really feel like she is walking alongside you as you navigate some of life’s challenges and helps you get down to the root of the issues that are holding you back. Meghan has had personal experience with some of the areas she works within, specifically health trauma and navigating chronic illness, and this is really appreciated by people.
What your experience with Meghan would be like
Meghan loves to provide a relaxed, creative and casual environment to get to know you in. If you are a youth, she may meet with you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) to get to know more about the presenting concerns and then will meet with you privately to keep the conversation going. Meghan always has games, fidgets, crafts and other hands-on tools at the ready to add to your comfort in the counselling experience. Your experience with Meghan will be one of comfort, affirmations, and encouragement that is at your own pace, while providing gentle challenges and exploring deep feelings and core issues. Meghan welcomes you to be yourself and express yourself however you wish (even if that includes swearing or dark humour!). She loves using metaphor, the arts, and tailored-to-you ways of connecting.
If you have issues with any of the following:
Chronic illness, chronic pain, health issues, health trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, parent-child dynamics, parenting, school issues, relationships and are looking for couple’s counselling, and are 12+ through adult…
then Meghan might be a great fit for you!
