What people love about Sabrina:

Her warmth combined with her strength leave you feeling grounded, reassured, and supported. Sabrina is known for being down-to-earth, centred and bringing humour and lightness to even the most difficult moments. Sabrina’s natural curiosity and instinct for recognizing each person’s strengths helps people work through their challenges and build the tools they need to live a more meaningful life.

What your experience with Sabrina would be like

Working with Sabrina begins with a few sessions focused on getting to know you by exploring your sense of self, life experiences, and how you relate to others. She offers practical tools throughout therapy to support emotional regulation and self-care, both in and out of session. As therapy moves forward, sessions are a balance of making progress on your goals while exploring new challenges as they arise. Sabrina is dedicated to meeting people where they’re at and encourages clients to share what’s helping (and, importantly, what’s not) so the work you do together stays meaningful and relevant to your needs.

If you have issues with any of the following:

Trauma (treatment may include the use of EMDR), grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, spirituality, addiction, codependency, racial/ethnic identity exploration, anxiety, depression, stress, and/or sexual health concerns and are 15+…

then Sabrina might be a great fit for you!
